SHIHAN MAREE CHARNLEY – 5TH DEGREE BLACK BELT – GODAN
INSTRUCTOR IN SENIOR, TEEN, JUNIOR & KICKBOXING CLASSES
Shihan Maree has been training since 1992 and teaching since 1996 and is an original member of the founding Hoshiki Kiritsu Group. Â She also holds a Black Belt in Zen Do Kai. Shihan Maree specialises in teaching Self Defence applications that can be utilised by anyone and her focus over the last 25 years has been to develop practical and comprehensive Self Defence Courses that cater for a range of groups including Women, Teens, Children and Intellectually Disabled.
She has taught over 1000 students and enjoys training and preparing students for endurance gradings such as Black Belt and 2nd Dan. She has fought in semi-contact tournaments and also judged Kickboxing. Shihan Maree has also trained overseas in Japan, Hong Kong, China & Thailand in various disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Thai Boxing and Mindful Wing Chun.
