What We Do

Our Self Defence programs focus on providing absolute beginners with an increased level of confidence, awareness and practical self-defence skills including – use of basic strikes, home safety, ground defence, joint manipulation and assertiveness in a short course. Our programs cater for all groups including Small groups, Schools, Women’s groups, Clubs & Associations and Workplaces.

How We Do It

We teach techniques and strategies that do not rely on strength and speed and are easily learnt. Our Self Defence programs have been developed specifically for beginners by Renshi Maree Charnley (4th degree black belt).
