RENSHI CRAIG SEDGMAN – 4TH DEGREE BLACK BELT – YONDAN

Renshi Craig trained with Zen Do Kai for 10 years and holds a 3^rd Degree Black Belt in Zen Do Kai. He has also trained in Muay Thai, Judo / Jiu Jitsu and Aikido. He commenced training and teaching with HKMA in 2018 and holds a 4th Degree Black Belt.

He enjoys teaching all aspects of martial arts and encourages students to apply the focus, discipline and resolve gained in martial arts to all aspects of their lives and careers.
