SENSEI GEOFF ABELL – 3RD DEGREE BLACK BELT – SANDAN INSTRUCTOR IN SENIOR & KICKBOXING CLASSES Sensei Geoff commenced his training in Judo as a junior and then trained with Zen Do Kai for 12 years and holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Zen Do Kai. He has been training with HKMA since 2013 and teaching since 2016. Sensei Geoff loves teaching all aspects of martial arts and particularly enjoys grappling and kata.
